ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
Emma and Louise Herrmann Property
WHEREAS, a petition has been received, signed by all of the owners
of record of the property hereinafter described, and all of the electors
residing thereon; and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the Village.of Deerfield
and not in any other :municipality.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield hereby find that the statements in the preambles to this
ordinance are true.
Section 2. The following described property is hereby annexed
to the Village of Deerfield:
The North 200 feet of the South East quarter of the North
East quarter (except the West 696.85 feet thereof) in
Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the 3rd
P.M., in Lake County, Illinois.
Passed this 2nd day of August, 1965.

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Now comes your Petitioners, EMMA HERRMANN and LOUISE HERRMANN, and
petitions to annex the territory hereinafter described to the Village of Deer-
field, Illinois:
1. That EMMA HERRMANN and LOUISE HERRMANN are the owners of record
of the following described territory:
The North 200 feet of the South East quarter of the
North East quarter (except the West 696.85 feet thereof)
in Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the
3rd P. M., in Lake County, Illinois.
2. That a true and correct plat of said territory marked Exhibit A
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That said territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality and is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois.
4. That all electors residing within said territory have joined in
this petition.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioners request that the territory hereinabove
described be annexed to. the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, in the manner pro-
vided by law.
