ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
Norman E. Petersen Property
WHEREAS, a petition has been received, signed by all of the
owners of record of the property hereinafter described, and all of
the electors residing thereon;-and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the Village of Deer-
field and not in any other municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield hereby find that the statements in the preambles
to this ordinance are true.
Section 2. The following described property is hereby annexed
to the Village of Deerfield:
The South 100 feet of the North 203 feet of the South 406
feet of the North 1032 feet of the East 233 feet of the
S.E. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 30, Township 43 North,
Range 12,'East of'.the 3rd P.M. in Lake County, Illinois.

the territory hereinafter described to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois:
1. That NORMAN PETERSEN is the owner of record of the following
described territory:
The South 100 feet of the North 203 feet of the South 406
feet of the North 1032 feet of the East 233 feet of the S.E.
4 of the N.E. 4 of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the 3rd P.M. in Lake County, Illinois.
2. That a true and correct plat of said territory marked Exhibit A
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That said territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality and is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois.
4. That all electors residing within said territory have joined in
this petition.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner requests that the territory hereinabove
described be annexed to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, in the manner pro-
vided by law.
