ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
Whereas, a petition has been received, signed by all of the owners
of record of the property hereinafter described, and all of the electors
residing thereon; and
Whereas, said property is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield
and not in any other municipality.
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield 'hereby find that that the statements in the preambles to this
ordinance are ture.
Section 2. The following described property is hereby annexed
to the Village of Deerfield:
The South 100 feet of the North 929 feet of the East 233 feet
of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal
Meridian.
Passed this 21st day of June, 1965-
