BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. This ordinance when accepted by Bremco Builders, Inc.
shall be a contract between Bremco Builders, Inc. and the .Village of
Deerfield.
Section 2. By acceptance of this ordinance, Bremco Builders, Inc.
states that they will furnish and pay for all labor and material needed
for the installation of an eight inch vitrified clay pipe sanitary
sewer and.a six inchcast iron water main with hydrants in compliance
With the plans and specifications approved by the Village, and made
a part of tnis ordinance, and i.nstalled in.tne easements as shown on
the Broms subdivision plat.
Section 3: Such sewer and water main shall become a part,of the
sanitary sewer and water main system of the Village of Deerfield upon
its approval and acceptance by the Village.
Section 4. The Village of Deerfield agrees to pay Bremco Builders,
Inc., their heirs and successors, or assigns, the cost of such installa-
tion not to exceed the sum of $6,300.00, and shall be paid solely from
the proceeds of the special sewer and water tapping fees established
by this ordinance. The Village shall pay to Bremco Builders, Inc. the
special sewer and water tapping fees collected by the Village:)of Deer-
field from all participants so availing themselves of the benefit of
the sewer and water, which are the subject matter of this ordinance.
Provided that Bremco Builders, Inc. shall have no claim against
the Village of Deerfield for reimbursement other than those special
sewer and water tapping fees collected from the participating benefited
properties as shown and described on the attached plat made a part
of this ordinance.
Section 5. The connection fees shall'be charged to each of the
parcels shown on Exhibit A hereto attached at the rate of $2,100.00
per parcel.
Section 6. All connections with the sewer and water main thereto

herinabove described shall be made i.n full compliance with the
ordinances of the Village of Deerfield relating to such
connections, and no connection's shall be made except upon payment
of the fee hereinabove dstabitshed.
