O-65-13ORDINANCE NO. 0 -65 -13 ZONING VARIATION BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board.of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1. A public hearing was held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield pursuant to public notice published fifteen days prior thereto, on the question of granting a variation from the provvisions of the zoning ordinance relating to the number of apartments permitted in the property described belwo. The findings of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby approved, and it is hereby found that the variation set out below will not substantially change the character of the neighbor- hood. Section 2. A variation is hereby granted to permit the construction of six dwelling units on the following described property: Lot No..]] of Duffy's Subdivision of that part of the _.� southwest quarter of Section 28, Township. 43 North, Range 12, East of theThird Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois. Section 3. Said property shall be improved in accordance with all other provisions of the zoning ordinance and other applicable ordinances, and a 25 ft. setback shall be maintained from the south line of Elder Lane.
