ORDINANCE NO. 0 -65-9
ANNUAL X -RAY OR TUBERCULIN TEST'IREOUIRED
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby
further amended by amending Sectilon 14.109 thereof to read as follows:
14.109 Employees.) All persons engaged in handling or coming
i•n•contact with food intended for sale for human consumption shall
keep themselves clean, both ''as to person and clothing.
It shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or is
a carrier of., any infectious,or contagious disease to handle food;
and it shall be unlawful to permit any such person to be employed
in or about any premises where food is stored, prepared or sold,
or to deliver such food. All persons engaged in handling or coming in
contact with food intended for sale for human consumption shall have
an annual chest X -ray or tuberculin test within the twelve months
prior to their beginning this type of work.
