O-65-05ORDINANCE NO. 0 -65 -5 HENNINGER SIDE YARD VARIATION Whereas a public hearing was held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield on the 12th day of January, 1965, pursuant to notice therefor published not less than fifteen days prior thereto; and Whereas said Board has recommended the granting.of the variation descibed below: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1. A variation is hereby granted from the strict provisions of Section VII, Paragraph C -2 (R -4 Use District) of the Zoning Ord1nance to permit a minimum side yard of 5 feet-instead of 8 feet on property known as 1345 Woodland Drive, Deerfield, I llinois. Section 2. The findings,of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby approved. .Passed this 1st day of February, 1965. ATTEST: Clerk APPROVED: I. K.
