WHEREAS, the
RENEWAL
OF THE 1964*PERMIT YEARLY RESOLUTION

a Yearly Resolution dated FEBRUARY 39 19164
covering location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its own
forces or by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways, alleys,
street returns, sidewalks, street lights and other facilities within the
year of 1964 on State Highways within the V11 GE limits,

THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain in
force for the year 1967.
