O-64-56ORDINANCE N0, 0 -64 -56 BE IT.ORD,AINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that: Section 1. This ordinance, when accepted by James DiPietro,.- DiPietro Plumbing Company, shall be a contract between James Di Pietro, Di'Pietro Plumbing; and 'the Village of Deerfield. Section 2. By acceptance of this ordinance, James Di Pietro, Di Pietro Plumbing, states that he has furnished and paid for all labor and materials needed for the installation of a twelve- inch.vitrified clay sanitary sewer with all necessary appurtenances thereto, in compliance with the plans and specifications approved by the Village of a length of approximately 395 feet,in the proposed right- of -rway of Waukegan Road in the Village of Deerfield for the installation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer main extending northerly from County Line Road as shown on the "as built" plans prepared by Charles W. Greengard, Professional Engineer, and attached hereto. Section 3. Such sewer shall be and become a part of the sanitary sewer system.of the Village of Deerfield upon its approval and acceptance by ,the Village. Section 4. The Vi l'lage- of Deerfield agrees to pay James Di Pietro, Di Pietro Plumbing, his heirs, successors, or atsigns, the cost-of such installation not to exceed the sum of $4,740.00, and shall be paid solely from the pro- ceeds of the special sewer tapping fees established by thit� ordinance. The Village shall pay to James Di Pietro, Di Pietro Plumbing, the special sewer tapping fees collected by the Village of. Deerfield from all participants so availing themselves of the benefit of the sewer and appurtenances thereto which are the subject matter of this ordinance. Provided that James Di Pietro, Di Pietro Plumbing, shall have no claim. against the Village of Deerfield for reimbursement other than those special sewer tapping fees collected from the participating benefited properties as shown and described on the attached plat_ made a part of this ordinance. Section 5. The connection fee to be charged the participating premises and properties for connection with the sanitary sewer and appurtenances hereinabove described shall be determined on a basis of $1.90 per front foot of properties so participating"�hereO.nder:r� -Section 6. All connections with.the sewer and appurtenances thereto hereinabove described shall be made in full compliance with the ordinances of the Village of Deerfield relating to such connections, and no connections shall be -made except upon payment of the fee hereinabove established.
