-BUILDING CODE AMENDMENT
BE IT ORDINANCE by the.President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield,Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The National Building Code,, recommended by the National Board
of Fire Underwriters, prev-i•ously adopted by ordinance is hereby amended
by removing the word "existing" from Section 402.39 thereof. Said
word was heretofore added to section 402.39 by amending ordinance.

Illinois, that:
The National Building Code, recommended by the
National Board of Fire Underwriters, previously adopted
by ordinance is hereby amended by removing the word
"existing" from section 402.36 thereof. Said word was
heretofore added to section 402.3g by amending ordinance.
