O-64-54ORDINANCE NO. 0 -64 -54 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance WHEREAS,' the question of adopting the following amendment to the zoning ordinance was referred to the Plan Commission for a public hearing, and the Plan Commission held such hearing and.made its recommendation after due notice as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake an d Cook Counties, Illinois, that,: Section 1. The zoning ordinance of' the Village of Deerfield is hereby.amended by designating the property known as.150 Waukegan Road, otherwise described as: That part of the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Waukegan Road, 903:21'feet northwesterly from its intersection with the south line of said South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Secti.on 33, and running thence northwesterly along the center line of Waukegan Road 146 feet; thence southwesterly at right angles to said center line 250 feet; thente Southeasterly parallel with the center line of Waukegan Road 146 feet, and thence northeasterly 250 feet to the place of beginning, in Lake County, Illinois, as a B -4 limited business district. Section 2. The finding of fact by the Plan Commission that the said property was established as a separate lot prior to the adoption of the zoning ordinance is hereby accepted and adopted, so that the said property may be used for the purposes designated as permitted in B -4 limited business district, even though its total area is less than the minimum prescribed by ordinance.
