BE IT ORDAINED by the
President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake
and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The Municipal Code of-Deerfield
of 1963, as amended -,, is hereby further
amended by changing Section
28.018 thereof to read as follows:
28.018 Discharge of
firearms.) It shall be unlawful to discharge
any firearm or airgun
in the Village; provided that this.section
shall not be construed
to prohibit any officer of the law from
discharging a firearm
in the performance of his duty,, not to
prohibit any citizen
from discharging a firearm when lawfully'
defending his person
or property. This section shall not prohibit
the discharge of firearms
in an indoor shooting range, where the
walls of the shooting
range are adequate to prevent the escape
of a bullet from the ,premises.

OF DEERFIELD OF 1963
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing Section 28.018 thereof to read as follows:
