O-64-47ORDINANCE NO. 0 -64 -47 An Ordinance granting a zoning variation. WHEREAS, the question of granting the following zoning variation was referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Deerfield, and the said Board held a public hearing thereon after due publication of notice as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1. The findings of fact in the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals made September 22, 1964, with regard to the application for a zoning variation by the Kennedy Development Company on Lot*157 in Colony Point Unit No. 1 are hereby adopted. Section 2. A variation from the terms of the zoning ordinance is hereby granted to permit the construction and maintenance of a residence building on said lot extending eight feet into the required front yard specified in the zoning ordinance, in accordance with the request.of the Kennedy Development Company.
