O-64-32Ordinance No. 0 -b4 -32 An Ordinance graiW ng a zoning variation BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1. The question of granting the following variation was reterred to the Zoning Board of Appeals, which neld a public hearing, pursuant to due publication as required,by law, orgy June 28, 1964, and made i is recommendatioii to the Board of Trustees. Section 2. This Board of Trustees finds that the premises i:nvo'lved consist of lots in a subdivision which has been approved previously, which lots have less than seventy -five feet frontage, and'that compliance with, the strict side yard regulations of the zoning ordinance would be a.hard- ship on the owners thereof. The grant of the variation herein allowed will not have nay harmful effect upon neighboring property, not will it change the character of the neighborhood, and will enable the development of these lots in accordance with the general character of the district in which the. lots lie. Section 3. A variation is therefore granted to permit the construction of single family residence buildings on-Lots 1 to 6,,inclusive, in Viking Resubdi,vision of Lots 6, 7, 8-and 9, of Lots 13 to 19, inclusive, and Lots 26 to 56, inclusive, in Block 10, and Lots 27 to 40, inclusive, in Block 11, in Deerfield Park Land and Improvement Association subdivision in the South- east Quarter (SE') of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 12, Eas.t of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County Illinois, located on the east side , of Wayne Avenue beginning one')huhdr6drf9rtty- o6e_feet south of Hazel Avenue, in accordance with the petition for such variation from the Viking Realty Company, dated June 5, 1964, with a total side yard.of fourteen feet, pro - vided.thet there shall be at least a five foot side yard on one side of any building constructed on any such lot.
