PLAN COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield,Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that:
Sections 8.901 and 8.903 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
-of 1963 be and the.same are hereby amended to read as follows:
8.901 Creation.) There is hereby created.a. Plan Commission','
which shall consist of the Village President, who shall be a member ex
officio, and five other members to be appointed by the Village President
by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The President
shall designate the Chairman of the Plan Commission, with the approval
of the Board of Trustees.
8.903 Organization.) The members of the Plan Commission
shall select a secretary, and a vice chairman if deemed necessary by it.
It shall follow Roberts Rules 6f Order in the conduct of its meetings.
Members of the Plan Commission shall serve without compensation, excepting
that if a members is appointed to be secretary,.such member may receive;
such compensation as may be approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
