O-64-27ORDINANCE NO. 0 -64 -27 BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that: Section 9.212 of the Municipal Code. of Deerfield of 1963 be a nd the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 9.212 Where strict compliance with the foregoing standards would cause unnecessary hardship if strictly adhered to, or where because of topographical or other conditions peculiar to the site or surrounding conditions would cause such hardship, the Board of•`Trus'tees:Tmay authorize a departure from the fore- going standards. Any variation so approved shall be stated in writing. .Where the property on both sides of any street is zoned for a minimum size of twenty thousand square feet or more for .-single family residence purposes for each lot or site, the street shall be constructed in accordance with plans and speci- fications approved by the President and Board of Trustees, even though these differ from the foregoing requirements.
