O-64-23ORDINANCE N0, 0 -64 -23 An Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use to the TENNAQUA SWIMMING AND TENNIS CLUB to permit the Continued Use as a Swimming and Tennis Club .Whereas, a public hearing on the question of granting a conditional use for the land hereinafter described, in the event of annexation to the Village of Deerfield, and for a conditional use permit, was held by the Plan Commission following notice duly-published as required by law, and with the recommendation of the Plan Commission; Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that in the event the land hereinafter described shall be annexed to the Village of Deerfield, to -wit PARCEL ONE as Lots 1, 2, 3, 44, 45, 46 and those parts of Lots 4, -5, 6, 41, 42, and 43 which lie East of the East right of way of the premises condemned for the Illinois Toll Highway by proceedings had in the Circuit Courtin Lake-County, Illinois, as General No. 65425 on judgment of taking entered July 25, 1957, Vernon Ridge Country Home Subdivision in the North Half of Section 31, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat of .sand Sub- .division 'recorded June 25, 1924 as Document No. 241933 in Book "N" of Plats, page 14, in Lake County, Illinois. PARCEL TWO, all of vacated Meadow Lane abutting on said Lots. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 419. 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 in Vernon Ridge Country Home Subdivision aforesaid and all that part of vacated Hawthorne Lane which lies Easterly of the Easterly right of way of Illinois Toll Highway in Vernon Ridge Country Home Subdivision Aforesaid, in Lake County, Illinois. a permanent conditional use permit will automatically be granted to the TENNAQUA SWIMMING AND TENNIS CLUB or its successors or assigns, to permit the continued use as a 'swimming and tennis club and to use their private well for their swimming.pool.
