Whe•ceas, a petition has been received, signed by all of the
owners of record and all of the electors residing in the property
described below, and
Whereas, said property is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield,
and not in any other municipality.
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois.
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees hereby find that
the statements made in the preambles to this ordinance are true.
Section22. 'The following described territory be and it hereby
is annexed to the Village of Deerfield:
The,West 200.0 feet of the East 433.0 feet of the South
203.0 feet of the North 1032.0 feet of the South East
Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 30, Township
43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian
(except the South 20,0 feet thereof) in Lake County,
Illinois
Said Territory is shown on the plat hereto attached and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Section 3. A certified copy of this ordinance, together
with the plat referred to herein, shall:berecorded with the Recorder

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Now come your petitioners, LYLE WAYNE PETERSEN and
MARIAN ROCHELLE PETERSEN, and petition to annex the territory
hereinafter described to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois:
1. That LYLE WAYNE PETERSEN and MARIAN ROCHELLE
PETERSEN are the owners of record of the following described
property:
The West 200.0 feet of the East 433.0 feet of the South
203.0 feet of the North 1032.0 feet of the South East
Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 30, Town-
ship 43 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal
Meridian (except the South 20.0 feet thereof) in Lake
County, Illinois.
2. That a true and correct plat of said territory marked Exhibit
A is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That said territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality and is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois.
4. That there are no electors residing within said territory.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests that the territory herein -
above described be annexed to the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, in the
manner provided by law.
