Ordinance of the'Vill.age of Deerfield has been referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board of Zoning Appeals has held such .,pub 1 i c hea r i.ng, after due notice as . requ i red by law: Now, Therefore, Be.lt•Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that a variation to the ordinance for the Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted to the effect that: Permission is granted for a variation from Section XVII, B -2, to permit the erection of a double face free standing directional sign on private- property, height not to exceed 16 feet in height, having a 10 foot clearance from grade, and.not being over 32 square feet in area, all as shown on the plan on file in the office of the Building Commissioner.
