O-64-121 1 1 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -64 -12 VARIATION TO ZONING ORDINANCE DEERF1ELD WHEREAS, the question of granting the following variation to the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board of Zoning Appeals has held.such public hearing, after due notice as required by law: NOW, THEREFORE, BED IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees cf the Village of Deerfield that a variation to the Ordinance for the Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted to the effect that: Permission is granted for a variation from Section VI -A, C -3 of the Zoning Ordi,nance from the required fifty foot rear yard to twenty -five foot rear yards, which will include the required Drainage Ditch #1 Easement.
