AN ORDINANCE vacating certain streets
WHEREAS, :the�.owners of all property abutting on the streets or
portions of streets hereinafter described have requested that they
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the Village that the said
streets or portions thereof be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the "Vi1l.age of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The following streets, or portions thereof, are to be vacated,
to -wi t:
1. All of Pear Tree Road dedicated in Weinrib's Pear Tree Sub-
division in Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois.
2. All of Ivy Lane, Yale Court, and Arbor Vitae Road dedicated
in Floral Park Subdivision in Section 29, Township 43 North,
Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, ,Lake County,
Illinois.
PROVIDED, That the Village of Deerfield retains and reserves the
right to use, maintain, replace and repair any water.or sewer lines now
existing in any of the areas vacated as streets by this ordinance.
