ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
DEERFIELD
Whereas the following described part of Waukegan Road is
contiguous to the Village of Deerfield, in that said part of Waukegan
Road is adjacent to the present Village limits for its entire length.
Now, Therefore Be I.t Ordained by the President a.nd Board of
Trustees of'the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
Section 1. The corporate authorities or the Village of Deerfield
hereby find that the statements made in the preamble to this ordinance
are true.
Section 2. The following part of Waukegan Road is hereby annexed
to the Village: All that part of Waukegan Road lying between the south
line of the southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20, Township 43 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, and a line parallel to
said south line and 2805.16 feet northerly thereof.
Section 3. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded
with the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois.
Passed this 2nd day of December, 1963.

BANNOCKBURN
Whereas the following described part of Waukegan Road is
contiguous to the Village of Bannockburn, and it is deemed to
be in the best interests of the Village of Bannockburn to exclude
the following described part of Waukegan Road from the Village of
Bannockburn.
Now Therefore Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Bannockburn, Lake County, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The corporate authorities of the Village of
Bannockburn hereby find that the statements made in the preamble
to this ordinance are true.
Section 2. The following part of Waukegan Road is hereby
excluded from the Village: All that part of Waukegan Road lying
between the south line of the southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section
20, Township 43 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
and a line parallel to said south line and 2805.16 feet northerly
thereof.
Section 3. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded
