ABATEMENT OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT BOND TAX FOR 1963
BE UT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
'The-County Clerk of Lake County and the County Clerk of Cook County
are hereby authorized and directed to abate the tax of $15,000.00,for
the payment of principal hitherto provided for and levied in the ordinance
providing for. the issuance of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($525,000.00) Sewer Improvement Bonds of the Village of Deerfield, Lake
and Cook Count(, Illinois, passed June 1, 1960, a copy of which is filed
with the County Clerks.
The Village of Deerfield has on hand sufficient funds to pay the
tax for the payment of principal levied by the above - described ordinance
for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 1963, and the levy of the tax pro-
vided for that purpose in the ordinance is unnecessary. Therefore the
County Clerks are directed to abate and not spread the said tax.
