AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
Whereas the question of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield was referred to the Plan Commission for a public
hearing, and the Plan Commission has held a public hearing after notice
published not less than fifteen days prior thereto, and.
Whereas, said Zoning Ordinance has been amended by Ordinance No.
0- 63 -22, amending Sections XIII and XIV thereof, and it is necessary
to clarify the meaning of said Ordinance No. 0- 63 -22:
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Vi.11age, as amended, is
hereby further amended by repealing Section,XIV -A.
Section 2. From and after-the effective date of this amendment,
Section XIII of said Zoning Ordinance shall contain only the language
set out under the heading "Section Xlll - B11-1 Neighborhood Business
District," in Ordinance No. 0- 63 -22, and Section XIV of said.ordinance
shall contain only the language set out under the heading "Section XIV -
B12 Central Business District" in Ordinance No. 0- 63 -22.
