ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PART OF PINE STREET - DEERFIELD
Whereas the following described part of Pine Street has been
dedicated to,the Village of Deer.fiead, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois:
A strip of land 80 feet ii;n width in the Northeast quarter of Section
32, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
the center line of said strip of land being described as follows:
commencing at the intersection of the West line of said Northeast
Quarter with the center line of Pine Street as laid out in Second
Addition to Deerfield Park, being a subdivision of part of the
South half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, aforesaid;
thence Southeasterly on said center line of Pine Street extended
a distance of 278.31.feet to a point of curve; thence Southerly
on a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 287.94
feet, a distance of 236.11 feet to a point of tangency; thence South
on a line tangent to the last described curve, -a distance of 119.66
feet, more or less, to a point on the South line of said Northeast
Quarter, said point being 295 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Northeast Quarter, in Lake County, Illinois.
Now, Therefore Be It Ordained by the President and.Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, 'that:
Section 1. The corporate authorities of the Village of Deerfield
hereby find that the statements made in the preamble to this ordinance are
true.
Section 2. The above described part of Pine Street is hereby accepted
by the Village of Deerfield.
