WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has previously referred the
question of adopting the following amendment to the Plan Commission,
which held a public hearing thereon, after due.adver_tising as required
by law, on June 6, 1963:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that paragraph 14 of Section V of
the zoning, ordinance of the .V i l l age of Deerfield is hereby further
amended by adding the following:
"Provided that if the property described as:
All the property lying East of the Tri -State Illinois Toilway
in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30,
Township'43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Lake County, Illinois;
The West 696.85 feet of the North 626 feet of the South East
Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 30, Township 43
North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake
County, Illinois;
The Southwest Quarter of'the Southeast Quarter of the North -
East Quarter of Section 30, Township 43 North.,'Range•12, East
of theThi rd Principal Meridian, in Lake County, I l l i not s
shall be annexed, it shall automatically be classified as a R -1 Single
family residence district, butopermitssion is hereby granted to develop
the said property as a Community Unit Plan under Section XXI of the
zoning ordinance In accordance with the plan and plat previously sub-
mitted by the owner of such property and approved by the Plan Commission.
All provisions of the subdivision ordinance shall be complied with in
connection therewith.
