ORDINANCE NO. 0 -63 -30
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED. by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that:
WHEREAS all the owners of all of the property hereinafter
described have petitioned for annexation to'the Village of Deerfield,
and
WHEREAS there are no electors residing within the said territory
hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS the said territory is adjacent to'the village limits of
the Village of Deerfield, and-is not located presently within any
city, villagee or incorporated town:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following described
property be.and the same is hereby annexed to the Village, to -wit:
Parcel #1
The North 30 rods of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 43-North,
Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
ALSO
Parcel #2
That part of the North 1/2 of,the Northwest 1/4
a of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31 aforesaid lying
East of Illinois Toll Road, all in Lake County, Illinois;
EXCEPT
That part thereof condemned for toll road purposes
by proceedings had in the County Court of Lake County,
Illinois, as Case #13917 on judgment of taking entered
June 1, 1957, in LakeCounty, Illinois
Passed this .15th day of July, 1963.
