O-63-27ORDINANCE NO. 0 -63 -27 AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the question.of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred to the Plan Commission for a public hearing; and the Plan Commission has held such public hearing after due notice as required by law: NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of, Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that the ordinance.for the comprehensive amendment of the Zoning Ordinance, enacted May 4, 1953, is hereby amended to the effect that if the 21.13,acre tract owned by Mr. Louis Klein is annexed to the Village, it shall automatically be classified as an R -1 and R -1 -A district as follows: TOTAL AREA TO BE ANNEXED CONSISTS OF TWO PARCELS: Parcel #1 The North 30 rods of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31,-Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian; ALSO Parcel *2 That part of the North 1/2 of the Northwest k/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31 aforesaid lying East of Illinois Toll Road, all in Lake County, Illinois; EXCEPT That part thereof condemned for toll road purposes by proceedings had in the County Court of Lake County, Illinois, as Case #1.39170 on judgment of taking entered June 1, 1957, in Lake County, Illinois. The property fronting on Wilmot Road shall be zoned R -1 to a depth of 200 feet west of Wilmot Road. All other property is to be zoned R -1 -A. Passed this 1st day of July, 1963. APPROVED: n David C.
