AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL CODE
OF DEERFIELD OF 1963
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Tnustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that paragraph
9.121 of Article I of Chapter 9 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
of 1963 be amended to read as follows:
9.121 Public Utilities.) All utility lines for
telephone and electric service shall be placed
underground entirely throughout a subdivided area,
said utility lines, conduits or cables shall be
placed within easements or dedicated public ways,
in a manner which will not conflict with other
underground services: Further, all transformer
boxes shall be located so as not to be unsightly
or hazardous to the public.
