ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
Whereas the following described property:
That part of Lake Cook Road lying between the West
Line of Florence Avenue and the East line of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
right -of -way, in the North 1/2 of Section 4, Township
42 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian
is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield; and
Whereas no part of the above described property is wi,thi.n any
other municipality; and
Whereas the above described property has been dedicated and
is presently being used for highway purposes,
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. The statements in the preambles to this ordinance
are found to be true.
Section 2. The above described property is hereby annexed to
the Village of Deerfield, County of Lake-and Cook, State of Illinois.
