ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
VILLAGE OF DEERF I E LD
BE-IT-ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees'of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that paragraph 17.701
of Article VII of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
17.70.1. LICENSE REQUIRED.) It shall be unlawful for any
person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of
scavenger, or the collection or disposal of refuse or
offal, without first having secured a license therefor.
Passed this 17th day of June, 1963.
