O-63-18ORDINANCE NO. 0 -63 -18 Salary Amendment BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that: Ordinance #200, entitled "AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING AND GRADING POSITIONS IN THE VILLAGE OF.DEERFIELD AND ESTABLISHING CORRESPONDING SALARY RANGES TO BE PAID THESE POSITIONS" is hereby amended as- follows: 1. Section I I I of the said ordinance is amended to read as foUllows: "III - Increases: Increases - within a salary range shall be made on the basis of merit and service. All salaries shall be reviewed annually at the beginning.of each fiscal year and increases may be authorized. The Village Manager shall have the authority to effectuate increases within the established salary range and at the steps provided,.a:s shown on the attached schedule and made a part of this ordinance. 2. Section VII of the said ordinance is amended to read as follows: "VII SALARIES, Ungraded and Unclassified: The annual salaries of the following ungraded and unclassified positions shall be as follows :. Village Manager $11,800 } house 2.100 Chief of Police 10,000 Supt. of Inspections, Bldg. Com. 9,500 Treasurer 1,500 Supt. of Public Works 8,500 V.i 1 lage Clerk 1,200 Fire Marshals 3.00 per hour Casual Labor 1.70 per hour to $3.00 Crossing Guards 1.50 per hour Matron 5.00 per hour - Minimum $10.00 3.
