O-63-12ORDINANCE NO. 0 -63 -12 A , ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, on proper application, in the forty required by law, the following amendment was referred to the Plan Commission for public hearing and recommendation; and WHEREAS, after due notice, as required by law, a hearing -was held upon said application by the said Plan Commission and the report of its findings and recommendations thereon was submitted to this board, NOW, THEREFORE, be and it is hereby ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, as follows: 1. Paragraph :14 of Section 5 of the zoning ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: ..Provided that if the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian (except those parts thereof taken for highway purposes (Toll Road) by deeds recorded under Document Nos. 971548, 971550 and 971551), in Lake County, Illinois, shall be annexed to the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that portion of said tract lying within 100 feet of Wilmont Road shall be classified as;RI single family residence district, and the remainder shall be classified as R2 single family residence district." 2., That.part of the tract of _land described above which is described as follows: The North 455 feet of the .East 447 feet of the East Half of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, containing 4.67 acres, more or less, being presently legally used for a general nursery growing and sales business may, for a period of twenty (20) years following the date of this ordinance, be used for said purpose, provided that the number, size, location and character of the buildings used in the conduct of said business shall be substantially in conformity with the number, size, location and character of the buildings as set forth on the plan attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance. 3. All ordinances heretofore adopted by this Village in conflict herewith are hereby accordingly amended. 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, as provided by law.
