BUILDING PERMITS - Schools,
Churches, etc.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerf1e0d, that:
No bui ldi ng,,,plumbi ng or mi sce-11aneous permit fees shall be charged
for the issuance of permits for the construction of any public or parochial
school or an building b a Township, Count Library Board Park District

°i or any other taxing body, or any church of building used for religious
purposes.
The applicant for such permits shall pay the Village for meters,
materials and labor furnished by the Village in connection with the issuance
of such permits.
Any permit fees paid in connec,ti on with the issuance of such permits
since.April 9, 1956 shal'1 be returned ito the applicant.
This ordinance repeals Ordinance #196, passed April 9, 1956 and
Ordinance 0- 58 -55, passed October 29, 1958.

for the issuance of permits for the construction of any public or parochial
school, or any building by a Township, County, Library Board, Park District
or any other taxing body, or any church or building used for religious
purposes.
