O-59-19142 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -59 -19 1959 ELECTION ORDINANCE BEAT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that: SECTION 1. There shall be a regular election of officers in the village on the 21st day of April, 1959. SECTION 2. At such election, there shall be elected three.(3) village trustees for a four -year term. The ballot to be used in such election shall be in the form prescribed by statute, and it shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to see to the preparation of sufficient ballots for the election, and to cause, a sample of such ballot to be published prior to the day of election in a.newspaper of general circulation published in the Village, and to be provided the necessary election supplies for each voting district or pre- cinct. SECTION 3. At least fifteen (15) days but not more than thirty (30) days before the election, the Clerk shall cause to,be published in such newspaper a notice of election, which shall be substantially as follows: NOTICE OF ELECTION On the 21st day of April, 1959, there will be a regular election in the Village of Deerfield to elect: Three Village Trustees for four -year terms. The precincts and polling places for such election shall be: PRECINCT NO. 1 :: All that part of the village lying north of the center line of Deerfield Road and east of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific R.R. right - of -way. POLLING PLACE: Deerfield Village Hall, Board Room 850 Waukegan'Road PRECINCT NO. 2: All that part of the village lying south of the center line of Deerfield Road and east of the West fork of the North branch of the Chicago River (west drainange ditch.) POLLING PLACE: Deerfield Masonic Temple.Basement Room';i 711 Waukegan Road 143• PRECINCT NO. 3: All that part of the village lying west of.the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific R.R. right - of -way, and north of the center line of Deerfield Road and northerly and easterly of the West fork of the North branch of the Chicago River (west drainage ditch). POLLING PLACE: Maplewood School Playroom Clay & Alden Courts PRECINCT NO. 4: MI. that part of the village lying southerly and westerly of the West fork of the North branch of IN the Chicago River (west drainage:ditch). The judges of election shall be such as shall be hereafter designated by the President and Board of Trustees to serve as election officials. SECTION 6.
