BE IT ORDAINED,,-by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation.by the Plan Commission, made aftec a public
hearing held October 9, 1958, following due notice as required, by law, the
Zoning Ordinance for the Village of Deerfield, enacted May 4, 1953, as
amended,. i s hereby further amended by, classi fyi ng as ,an "O 9: R" Office .and
Research.District the following described property, to -wit:
That part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 described as follows,:. Beginning
at a point in the center line of Waukegan Road 903.21 feet NW'ly from
its intersection with the South line of said S14 1/4, SE 1/4 Section,
and .running thence NW'ly along the center line of said road 146 feet;
Thence W'ly at right angles to said center line 250 feet; thence SE'ly
parallel with the center line of said road 146 feet; thence NE'ly 250
feet to place of beginning, being part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section
33,.Township 43 North, Range 12, East of :the 3rd P.M., Lake County,
Illinois
and the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield is hereby amended to effectuate
this change.

Research District the following described property, to -wit:
