O-59-161 13 ORDINANCE 0 -59 -16 BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that: The Zoning Ordinance for the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, be and the same is hereby further amended as follows: 1. Paragraph A of Section VI of the said ordinance is amended by adding thereto a sub - paragraph number 10 to read as follows: 1110. Parking or storing on public or private property a truck, tractor, or other commercial vehicle outside a garage of building for a period longer than . to load or unload, or to render a service shall be considered a business and not a residential use." 2. Paragraph A of Section VII of the said ordinance is amended by adding thereto a sub- paragraph number 9 to read as.follows: 119. Parking or storing on' public or private property a truck tractor, or other commercial vehicle outside a garage;or building for a period longer than to load or unload, or to render a service shall be considered a business and not a residential use." 3 Paragraph,4 - c of Section XVII of the said ordinance is amended to read as follows: "c) For the purpose of selling or renting any lot or group of lots ; a,nd /or for any existing or proposed building or group of buildings (structure c or group of structures), a billboard.may be erected on approval of location, size and necessity, by the Board of Zoning Appeals for a period of six (6) months, after which time it may be renewed by the Building Commissioner for one additional six (6) month period upon a showing of necessity by the petitioner." This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. PASSED: This 11th day of February, 1959.
