ORDINANCE 0 -59 -14
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
The Plumbing Code of the City of Evanston, Illinois, heretofore adopted
as a Plumbing Code for the Village, is hereby amended by adding thereto and
inserting therein in Article 11, thefW,fi�r,4,ng section to be known as 11.15a
to read as follows:
1111.15a Garbage Grinders. No garbage grinder or kitchen disposal device
used for shredding, macerating or reducing garbage or refuse and having a
connection with any public sewer shall be installed.",
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect -from'and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
