ORDINANCE 0 -59 -6
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of sixteen (16)
to operate any motor vehicle, regardless of size or horsepower, on any
public street or sidewalk in the village; unless such person has a license
to operate a motor vehicle issued by the State of Illinois.
Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
fined not less than Five Dollars ($5:00) nor more than Two Hundred
.Dollars ($200.00) ,for each offense.
