BE.IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals, dated
October 27, 1958, made after a public hearing held after due notice on
October 23, 1958, the recommendations and findings of the Board of Zoning
Appeals as to the application of Robert P. Jones are hereby accepted and

co adopted; and a variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted to permit the construction of an attached garage extending to

within two'feet (21) of the side lot line on the premi.ses known as 1222
Parksi de Lane, Deerfield, Illinois.
