BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Ordinance #196, passed April 9, 1956 shall be amended by adding
thereto the following sections:
Section .l. Henceforth no building permit fee shall be charged
for the construction of any church.
Section II. The Village Manager is hereby instructed to refund.
all.permit fees paid by churches for - building permits retroactive
to April 9, 1956.
