R-67-15RESOLUTION N0, 67 -15 WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield was represented at a series of public hearings conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of Cook County on applications identified as Docket Nos. 1203 and 1204; and WHEREAS, the land affected by said applications lies within one and one -half miles of the limits of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield offered expert testi- mony relevant to said application; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Counties of Lake and Cook and State of Illinois THAT: Section 1. The Village of Deerfield pursuant to Chap. 34, Section 3158, Illinois Revised Statutes, hereby officially objects to the proposed applications for an amendment and a planned develop- ment pursuant to a special use as in Docket Nos. 1203 and 1204 as being contrary to the best interests of the Village of Deerfield. Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby instructed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the applicants in Docket Nos. 1203 and 1204 and to the Commissioner.sof Cook County, and to file a certified copy of the same with the Zoning Board of Appeals of Cook County and the County Clerk of Cook County.
