ORDINANCE 0 -58 -36
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
It is to the best interest of the Village of Deerfield that
the following described property previously deeded to the village for
road and highway purposes, but which has never been used for such purposes,
be vacated; and
':'The North 25 feet of the West 25 feet of the East 475 feet
of the South 330 feet of the northwest quarter of the south-
east quarter of Section 28, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, Village of Deerfield,
Lake County, Illinois, subject to an easement for travel and
utilities along and across the North 25 feet thereof"
situated in Lake County, previously deeded to the village of Deerfield
for road and highway purposes, be and the same is hereby vacated.
