ORDINANCE 0 -58 -18
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. It is to the best interest of the Village and the residents
thereof that the dedicated street described hereafter shall be vacated:
.,...:ThatLpart of Elmwood Avenue, as dedicated by Document No. 711834
in the County Recorder's Office of Lake County, Illinois, lying
West of the West line produced, of Crabtree Lane, as dedicated
by Document No. 711834 in the County Recorder's Office of Lake County,
Illinois, and East of the East line, produced South, of Lot J, Thorn
Hill Farm Rat h Estate Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of Section 29,
Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Prinicpal Meridian,•Lake
County, Illinois.
and the same is hereby vacated; subject, however, to the right of the Village
of Deerfield or any grantee of such right from the Village to maintain, repair,
and replace any sewer or water pipe or main, and any wire, pole, conduit, or
other utility equipment now lying within such street, and the right of the
Village or its grantee to install new:-,.mai ns, pipes, poles, wires, xondui ts,
or similar equipment in such area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as.provi:ded by law.
