ORDINANCE 0 -58 -11
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals, dated
March 24, 1958, made after a public hearing held after due notice on
March 20, 1958, the recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals as to
the application of Socony Mobil Oil Company is hereby accepted and adopted;
and a variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted
to permit the construction of an automobile service stati.on extending to
within fifteen feet (15') of the rear (West) property line on the premises
known as -750 Waukegan Road.
