BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village .
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Plan Commission made after a public
hearing following due notice as required by law, the Zoning Ordinance enacted
May 4, 1953, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
classifying as an R -4 One- family District the following described property,

That part of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
'a of Section 29, Township re North,.Range 12, East of the 3rd P.M., in
:..Lake- Cqunty, I:;l 1 i not s, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast,corner of-the North east 1/4 of said
Section 29, thence West along the South line of the Northeast 1/4
of Sa.i:d Section 29, 464.5 feet to the Eastern boundary line of
Telegraph Road (otherwise known as Waukegan Road or Lincoln Avenue),
thence Northwesterly along the Easterly line of said Road, 730.35 feet
to:North line of South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of said Section 29; thence East along the North line of said South 1/2
of Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29, 781.2 feet to the
Northeast corner of the South 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of said Section 29; thence South along the East line of said Northeast 1/4

and the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield is hereby amended to effectuate
the foregoing change in zoning.
