BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, that:
' ct o It i's to the best interests of the Village and the
residents thereof that the dedicated unimproved street known as
Maplewood Terrace running northerly from Deerfield Avenue a distance
of 1001.22 feet, more or less, bo vacated.
Sec$ion 2. The said dedicated unimproved street, known an
Maplewood Terrace, running northerly from Deerfield Avenue for
distance of 1001.22 feet, more i6r'less, be and the same is hereby
vacated; subject, however, to the right.of the Village of.Deerfield
or any grantee of such rights from.the Village, to maintain, repair,
and replace any sewer or water pipes or mains, and any wires, poles,
conduits, or other utility equipment now lying within such street,
and the right of'the Village or its grantee to install new mains, pipes,
poles, wires, conduits, on similar equip4ent in mach area.
