BEING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1949 AND END-
ING APRIL 30, 1950.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of 'Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois:
SECTION 1: That the following sums of money or as
much thereof as may be authorized by law, are deemed necessary
to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of the Village
of Deerfield for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1949 and end-
ing April 30, 1950, and said sums are hereby appropriated for
the objects and purposes herein specified, viz:

SECTION 2:: That any sum of money heretofore appro-
priated and not heretofore expended, and now in the Treasury
of the Village, or that may hereafter come into the Treasury
of the Village, is hereby appropriated by this ordinances
SECTION 3: That all unexpended bg1ances of any
item or items of any appropriations, made by this ordinance
may be expended in making up any insufficiency in any item or
items in this appropriation.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances inconsistent herewith, be, and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
