The President stated that the principal matter before the Trustees
that night Yms to receive proposals for bids on the server from the St. Paul.
Fly. tracks to:the' west drainage ditch. 'It developed that only one bid had ,
been received owing to the fact that the engineer had not prepared the correct
specifications, etc. in time. Inasmuch as the correct specifications had ilorr'
been received, 1:11r. Pettis roved that notices be posted to receive bids on the
sevmr, starting from the • C. i,%

18" drain'to the slough ditch;!bids to be received end opened at 7 :30 p.m., a t
September 24,.1913.
The President spoke of Mr. Vedder's complaint regarding his side -
walk, and stated that the others could not put their sidewalks dorm until they
had the correct line. It eras recommended that �:r. Vedder.should put his side-
walk doom without waiting for the adjoining, property owners.
The President reported that Dr. Davis, the Health Officer, stated
that Ex. Touch wouldnft attempt to' fill the sink hole on his property, and
recommended that the Board send,the Marshall to order the same filled up by
Mr. Touch, or else the L!arshall, should fill it up. The matter eras referrod to
the Village Attorney to report just what steps should be taken.
It was moved by 1r. Pettis, seconded by Mr, "'ritch, that the meeting
adjourn until the 24th of September rat ?:30 p.m
