erly right of way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Rail-
road to a line parallel with and six hundred two (602), feet Westerly
of the Wedtcrly utr�et line of Second Street, including the roadways,
of intersecting streets extended from the street lines to the curb:
lines, of Central Avenue, between said pointa and the roadways of Second
Street and Chestnut Street from the Southerly Street line of Osterman
Avenue to the Northerly Street line of Central Avenue, in the Village,
of Deerfield, Lake, County., Illinois, and providing for the making
of uaid improvement by Special Asaesament and the issuing of improve-
ment bonda., was read.
It waa moved by Trustee Huhn and seconded by Trustee Selig that
all contrary rules be auapended and the ordinance placed upon its

Board of Trustees, of Deerfield, to stop the- whistling by the- C.L;.& Bt..
P'. Ry. within the Village limit&; which is a nuisance; undesirable and
disturbing to the community, we therefore- are asking the Board, to
take- this matter up with the R. R.. Company.
